How do I change the needle color in the radial gauge?

I would like to change the needle color in the radial gauge to white color as I have made my dashboard background black color. Is it possible ?

per my understanding, there are two gauge styles available.
- minimal and shiny

  <option name="charting.chart.style">minimal</option>
or   
<option name="charting.chart.style">shiny</option>

the minimal style gives us a white background and black needle color.
the shiny style gives us a black background and white needle color.

the minimal looks very simple one and the shiny looks better than minimal one.
