Help on basic question about dropdown list

Hi
In my dashboard i use a dropdown list which is automatically updated from an csv file
In this dropdown list i have 10 items which begin with "Toul"
So i would like To have the possibility To enter "Toul*" in my dropdown list
Is it possible please?

@jip31 In your dropdown UI(edit mode), add to the static options Name as All value as "Toul*"
