Try this using CSS.

<dashboard>
  <row depends="$hide$">
    <panel>
      <html>
      <style>

        text-align: center !important;
        }
      </style>
    </html>
    </panel>
  </row>
  <row>
    <panel id="test">
      <title>Sample Panel Title</title>
      <table>
