Has anyone integreated Twitter widgets on an HTML panel in a Simple XML dashboard?

Good day Splunkers,

Well, I want to know if anyone has integrated the new Twitter widgets on Splunk. I was thinking of creating a feed dashboard with the use of Twitter List widget.

I tried to create a Simple XML dashboard, copy & pasted the code provided by Twitter on an html panel in Splunk, but to no avail. Also did a src linking on it, but the widget won't load.

Any thoughts on what I missed?

the REST API.... just use the rest api app for Splunk and then connect to the twitter API....

then you can just Splunk the Twitter JSON like a BOSS 🙂

Ok thanks @0YAoNnmRmKDg. I will try this I'm not that good on API but its start of something new to learn. Will update once I got it work.
