Dynamic drill down to new dashboard with token value

I have drilldown in dashboard with to new dashboard token value but value is not passed to the new dashboard token.Below is my drilldown code

my SPL which populates the URL:| eval url="/app/".'eai:acl.app'."/".'title'."?form.SITENAME=".'SiteName'

Drilldown code:

      <link target="_blank">
        <![CDATA[ $row.url|n$]]></link>
    </drilldown>

url VALUE present in the new Tab URL after drilldown:
https://localhost:8000/en-US/app/Dashboard_Portal/memory_utilization?form.SITENAME=SAMSUNG
