Dropdown populated with Metadata

Good Morning,

I have downloaded the app for dashboards and just ran across a quick question which I feel will be easy to answer for someone with xml experience. I am just wanting to populate a dropdown with host names from the metadata. The search itself pulls back the correct field but is not populating the dropdown. I think I am just missing a simple step. Here is the code I have for the form:

In your populatingSearch XML element, you've said (with attributes) that the field for the value (what gets sent to other searches) and the field for the label (what you see in the pulldown) are both "series". That field isn't returned by your metadata search; these attributes should be changed to "host".
