Different Time frame data into single chart

Hi,

I am trying to get four panels into a single chart, they are using the same filter condition for getting the count only difference is the timeframe. Can I get the whole data into one single chart based on time frame.

The time frame is based on 30 months, 60 days, 180 days and 12 months to get user logged data.logged.png
