Dashboard queries.

We are putting together an extremely important bells and whistles proposal to get in good standing with the customer.

1. Can a rotating dashboard be set-up to display 4-5 views every minute?
   
2. Can a read only kiosk account be created to continually display updates?
   
3. Can item # 1 be included to display other dashboards every 5 minutes?
