Create a coloured tile

Hello,

Im looking to create a dahsboard for my proxy logs showing anomalies for certain banned categories. For example, We block the Pornography category so should see all get request being blocked. However if we have a glitch/anomaly in the proxy and a request is allowed i would like a way of seeing this. My plan is to have a dashboard with multiple categories on, with green tiles for each selected category, that will turn red when there is an allowed request.

Any help would be great.

Thank you.
