Chart Drill Down using Splunk - Dashboard Studio - Version: 8.2.4

Hi,

I am attempting to do a chart drill down using Dashboard Studio version 8.2.4.

In this version, no token is available to chose from the dropdown in the UI. Only a URL option

I've looked a lot of documentation and tried a number of different tokens, however none seem to work the token is just sent in the URL.  e.g. $click.value$ etc. as defined in documentation

More research done. It is not possible in this version.... available in later versions though,  Oh well.

Drilldown	Yes	Yes; limited.	If you are using the Splunk Dashboard Studio, you can only drilldown to internal directories or external URLs. You can use tokens in the URL.
Tokens	Yes	Yes; limited	If you are using Splunk Dashboard Studio, tokens can only be generated using inputs.
