Can we create dashboards in Splunk Cloud?

1. Can we create Splunk Dashboard using python Scripting in Splunk Cloud, if Yes, what is process for the same.

One can create Splunk dashboards using Simple XML and JavaScript (classic dashboards) or JSON (Dashboard Studio), but not Python.  Consider going to https://ideas.splunk.com to suggest it.
