Bubble Chart option is missing

I have two Splunk Enterprise. In one, have a visualization format. Please see screenshot below.

i want to apply that to a dashboard panel in my other Splunk Instance but the only options is a Bubble.

I also checked splunk version but it's not that because some are still 7.2 but with the bubble chart option while some are 8.6 but has the bubble option.

What may be causing the lacking Bubble Chart format option?

Buble Chart visualisation seems to be a standard visualisation (at least 8.1.x and 7.3.x).  Based on that could it be that there have been some files in disk owned by wrong user? Please try to do chow -R <splunk-user>:<splunk-group> <your splunk home dir>
