Are there any additional apps I need to make a grid layout dashboard?

I would like to build the dashboard in grid layout so that I can adjust the length and width of each panel based on my requirement instead of splunk adjusting itself.

Any suggestion without installing any additional app.

The Dashboard Studio lets you define a fixed layout for your dashboard.

Dashboard Studio is standard with modern versions of Splunk (since 8.2) so there's nothing to install.
