Adding tooltip, upon mouseover on a text to display, tooltip should show the full text.

I have 4 panels in a single row due to this the texts in the y axis are compressed and shows as ser...e_0 instead of server_xyz_0. So when I mouse-over on ser...e_0, I want the tooltip to show the full name  server_xyz_0. Please help. Thanks
