Adding a url link inside xml form.

I want to creating a link to my dashboard form search as like below,

So in this case, how can I insert an html code for url like below to the heading of my search form

Use the serverside module, you have to convert your form to a classical dashboard first (you can have the code by using ?showsource=true at the end of the url when you visualize your form)
