Can I use the java SDK with Splunk Cloud?,How to connect to Splunk clod using t splunk java sdk

i am trying to connect to splunk cloud paid version with java sdk.

I am giving

oginArgs.setUsername( "admin" );
loginArgs.setPassword( "changeme1" );
loginArgs.setHost( "cloudurl" );
loginArgs.setPort( 8089 );

but I am getting timeout exception can any one help
