singularity header and custom correlation

Hello,

Could you please explain the meaning/role of particular fields of singularityheader ?

(some of them meaning is obvious but please explain all for clarity)

E.G.

singularityheader=appId=2*btid=284*guid=87ad22e9-3210-46d6-bd7a-1609b927f016*exitguid=109*unresolvedexitid=8*cidfrom=6*etypeorder=HTTP*cidto=6*ctrlguid=1409225103
