referesh current view of TIERed Node participants?

Hi,

I originally had 5 nodes booted to participate under my "MAPPER" tier.  It worked perfectly in my Controller's web view of my Java VM data grid.

Now I have 11 nodes participating under my "MAPPER" tier.  But I cannot get the Controller's web view to refresh ... it only shows the original 5 Nodes.

Here is my java VM ps(1) listing.

Can you tell why all 11 Nodes won't refresh in the MAPPER Tier view?

Hi Ben,

Thanks for writing in. We do see that 11 unique nodes under "MAPPER" tier are configured and we understood that you could not see all the 11 nodes under "MAPPER" tier in UI, we see such issues due to caching in UI, or agents not registered successfully due to connectivity issues or license limit error, we assume this is not the case here.

Can you please do browser refresh under Servers -> AppServers -> "MAPPER" tier and select nodes view -> and click "refresh nodes" as referred in screenshots attached, if you still see the issue please provide the screenshots from appdynamics agents list screenshot as referred in attached screenshot and also provide the zipped version agent logs from one of the node that is affected and not listed in UI, (say: /home/u935903/appDynamics/logs/<node-name-notlisted>/
