no data available

Hi there........

i have an on-site Controller and EUM on the same server.
a events service server on another server and the appserver with the machine agent all successfully configured........... and and my adrum files are successfully uploaded too

on my controller UI, i can see my app but i can't see any data.......it keeps spinning with no data available on screen

who can help with this?

any help will be appreciated.

Hi,

Going through the logs provided it looks the mapping in domain.xml and eum config is not syn , though we see mysql errors in eum processor logs but it looks data not received and this could be reason that the message showsn not much to aggregateeum data for affected app,

Regarding loading message that should not be an issue as certain screens loaded fine in UI it could be just ui loading issue and lets focus on controller domain.xml

- Given that below jvm arg not updated under domain.xml in <controller_instal_dir>/appserver/glassfish/domains/domain1/config path, Can you try below arg, update host name accoringly

modifyJvmOptions.sh add -Dappdynamics.controller.eum.cloud.hostName=http://localhost:7001

- restart dependent services and see how it goes with new load?
