Hi,

I am getting the error "You have been logged out of AppDynamics due to inactivity" constantly if I am trying to login to our AppDynamics Installation. Sometimes it works, but most of the times it fails with this error message during the login attempt.

This happens with all browsers, even if I empty the cache and create a private Session. I dont have this problem if I am trying to connect with my mobile devices with the android apps.

This happens mostly if I am trying to connect from the Internet through our Firewall which points to the internal load balancer. If I am inside our VPC and connect to the internal Load Balancer or the (active) primary controller directly it works fine.

Has anyone some idea?

UPDATE:

I managed to login after literally 100s of trys. I created a new user to test if this one has the same problem and unfortunately it has exactly the same problem, so this is no user problem I guess. During the clicking on the page I got an error popup sometimes:
