Unable to recognize dSYM

We are intrumenting iOS apps, and for the versions we have that are sending requests and crash info to our on premise instance, which is working as expected, we are unable to have AppDynamics recognize the associated dSYM files we upload for the corresponding version.

It says it uploads successfully, but no acknowledgement in the app, says it's still missing.  Where can I check, debug, turn up logging, etc?

We are having the exact same issue with our onsite controller on version 4.2.2.  You upload the dSYM for the corresponding version of the app, and it doesn't acknowledge/correlate it.  I've got a support case open
