Hello,

We've registered for trial. We get the e-mail.

(1)Download link after subscription does not work. Fail.

After subscription a page offers to download.

I click on "Linux 64-bit".

Alas download link does nothing.

Under the hood it only silently does a HTTP GET that returns a JS file defining a marketoSendClick() function.

It does not download either a sh or zip or whatever.

(2) Looking for alternate download location: e-mail. Fail.

Link in e-mail "(Can't find it? Download it again)" goes to subscription page.

There "let's get started" goes to the very same page where the download link does not work. Bummer.

So we look for another download page.

(3) Look for actual download. Installs but no licence. Fail.

On main page a link support-download goes to https://download.appdynamics.com/download/

There we select controller->Linux and download 64-bit option.

It's a bash script not a zip. No licence file. We follow instructions for install.

We try to login on the app, it complains: "License file is not specified. Please drop the license file in the controller installation directory."

We could not download any zip file at any time, so have no licence file.

As a result we cannot test the product.

How can we get a proper licence file?

Thank you.
