Transaction limit reached

I hit the transaction limit, and I excluded all the transactions. However it still shows I reached the limit.

I tried to restart the app, my web app and doesn't work.

How can this flag be removed?

Pchen,

Can you please attach the logs from the C:\AppDynamics\Logs folder in a zip?

Now as for the flag, if you mean that it is still prompting that you have hit the limit, are you saying that you are no longer hitting the limit?  This limit, blocked or not, should have no impact on your application.  So can you please clarify?  If the application itself is having an issue, it could be for some other reason.
