SNMP trap not reaching receiver

We have enabled snmp trap by following below article.

Test trap reached receiver successfully. 

we have enabled  EUM alert fand added snmp trap alert  and mail id to it  for notifications.  

We are receiving  EUM alert over mail while it breaches threshold.  

But  snmp trap not reaching receiver. 

If test trap able to reach receiver,  why actual event not able to reach receiver ? 

do we need to add any parameters in EUM alert  to make it success? 

we checked in log, it shows snmp trap sent successfully.
