Problem with LDAP integration

Hi,

I am able to connect to LDAP server but I am not able to fetch any user. The user which I am using for LDAP integration has the rights to search in AD.

I am attaching the screen shot of LDAP connection page. Please help me to resolve the issue.

Hi Prathamesh,

We understood that you did test similar user query in other ldap client and that could return users lists  for same connection string parameters, let us know if any disconnect. Can you provide screenshot of User Query and Groups Query and also server.log under <controller_dir>/logs path in addition to screenshot of what you see in UI when you click "Test query" in User query section to assist you further.
