Php app Cannot see MongoDB transactions/calls

I have a php application which im able to monitor in appdynamics. I can see all the calls going to mysql databases, redis and other web services. I cannot see my MongoDB calls. is there something i need to configure to start seeing calls from my application server to my MongoDB?

Hi,

While PHP team got chance to look into this, i see in internal  jira ticket 11685 that this is known product limitation as of now and the feature is targetted for 4.1 release version, Hope that clarifies the root cause of missing backend calls.

And it looks defining Custom exit point rules is also not an option for PHP as per current backend detection config in controller UI. refer support list of features for php https://docs.appdynamics.com/display/PRO40/Supported+Environments+and+Versions+for+PHP

Thanks for the reply. That saves me from addtional hours of research! Hopefully this is implmented soon as it would be really vital in montoring our database.
