Oracle - Troubleshoot Excessive Commits

We have a third party application that uses Oracle 11g DB. On certain days we have database performance issues. On these days, the DB Block changes are significantly higher as well as User Commits. Our production workflow isn't any different. My assumption is there is a bug in the third party application causing excessive commits causing a trickle effect to the db block changes and log file sync. How can I use AppDynamics Database to isolate the cause of excessive commits? Whether it be a package, table or anything. Thanks in advance.

Hi,

Can you refer "Blocked session view" in doc section and see if that helps here https://docs.appdynamics.com/display/ADDB/Monitor+Databases
