I am using Tomcat server and I have downloaded Java-Agent of App Dynamics. I have done the configuration and the agent is working properly as per the docs.
Now I have created an Out Of Memory Exception in my application so that AppDynamics Agent can detect it and revert me back the possible solution's or monitor it (On the App Dynamics Dashboard). But It is not Showing my any issues on the Dashboard.
According to your Dashboard, my application is working fine with no errors. But in reality my application has stopped working.
Kindly Help me resolve this issue so that I can move further.

Wonder whether JVM stopped process requests by agent as well due to OOM, to see if that is the case, Can you check events under Events screen and also errors under Troubleshoot -> Errors -> Exceptions screen in controller UI
Also send the zipped version <AppServerAgent_dir>/logs path and screenshots from UI depicting the issue
AppDynamics Cotnroller comes with default health rules under "Alert & Respond" section that alerts on heap usage greater than 75% and other conditions , if the default rule does not meet your requirement, you could define one new health rule as well.
For current issue provide requested details to debug further.
