Hi,

I am now testing ur .NET profiler.

Can i confirm whether ur .NET profiler , instruments and profile the private / nested / assembly methods and classes of .NET ?? ( I dont see few function calls in the Call graph.)

Thanks & Regards,

Ramya

Take a look at:

Configure > Instrumentation and in the sub tab (perhaps past the '>>') look at the 'Call Graph Settings' for .NET

Look to see if you have anything being excluded.  Also note that Methods taking less than 10 ms may be filtered out of the call graph.

Hey Ramya,

Please note that this is not the Support Website, but the Community website.  We are a community of users and fans of AppDynamics trying to help each other out.

That being said, I have a couple ideas for you.  If these do not help, then I recommend that you check in with AppDynamics Support.  I am sure that they will be able to help out!

Here is one idea.  At the bottom of your call graph in question, do you see the "Some packages have been excluded from this Call Graph"?  If so, then click on that and see what was excluded.

Another idea, look at the 'Show Filters' and make sure that you are not filtering out anything that you want or need.

Good luck!

Thanks..!

I have seen the "Call graph settings" .. I couldnt find any namespace in the exclusion part..

I guess there are some modules and namespaces are getting filtered by u default (means that will not come in the UI part). Is that so ?
