.NET Agent Installation and Configuration

Hi,

I have problem in installing and Configuration of Controller and .Net Agent.

I have downloaded the AppDynamics Controller 4.0.6.0 and I have installed in my desktop. 

Now I have a ASP.NET application hosted in a Windows Server. I have download the Agent from Controller and installed it in Server. It is memtioned that I don´t need to do any other configuration. After restarting the server I have put some load on  server. But ApDynamics doesn´t capture any metrics from the server.

And also my application will communicate with MS SQL Database server. Do i need to install seperated DBagent to monitor the database.

Please let me know whether i need to do anyother setting in the agent or Controller

Is there any manual to do this? Please share the location to where i can download the same.
