My agent is not reporting

Hello,

I have installed the Agent in my server but the UI says it is not reporting. I have followed the instructions here: https://docs.appdynamics.com/display/PRO40/Instrument+PHP+Applications

The logs files seems to be ok.

Can you help me?

Hi,

While the PHP team got chance to look into this issue, can you quickly check in node dashboard -> agents and also attach the php agent logs for our initial review?

Can you please provide screenshot from browser with last 1 week time selected in controller UI depicting the issue for the screen referred , we see BTs registered as per PHP agent logs unless i am wrong as PHP team could better assist here:

Hello,

I have attached the screenshot of the node Agent view where i see "Agent is not reporting".

I had the agent installed and working some time ago, but i had to uninstall it due server issues. It is when I reinstalled it when it is not  reporting. Maybe this info is useful?

I am in a free account, so only 1 day of data is allowed for me.
