One really cool feature that we don't often hear about (and that I discovered not so long ago), is the possibility to capture mobile screenshots with the usage of Mobile Real User Monitoring, to understand for example where the user was clicking when they experienced a problem with the application.
This feature is disabled by default, but you have the choice to enable it!
