Machine agent is not reporting to the controller while app agent does

Hi,

I am facing issue in PRODUCTION with the connecting the machine agent to the Controller on the SaaS , but all the app agent services are connected.

Below are the versions we are using :

App Agent : v4.2.10.0 GA#12790

Machine agent . :  v4.2.11.0 GA 

AppDynamics Version 4.2.7.1,

Below is the error throwing in the machineagent.log

Are you able to telnet from the agent server to the Controller successfully?

We are using the proxy setup and I am able to telnet the proxy from the agent server .

However, Java agent is working file, but issue with machine agent only.

Can you clarify if this is for standalone machine agent or machine agent for java?

Can you provide a snapshot of license page (you can find this when you login to controller UI and click on settings gear and then license)

If possible please provide masked version of the controller-info.xml you are using in machine agent.
