MBean Browser stuck on "Loading Domains..."

With controller 4.04, app agent 3.98, on some nodes on the same machine, under the JMX tab, "JMX Metrics" loads quickly. Other features work too. But MBean Browser is stuck on "Loading Domains..." and doesn't show sign of life. What may be the cause?

Hi Kyu,

Sometimes you may get this behavior with on high network usage or high server activity. Can you please try below and let us know how it goes?

1. Please logout and login back to the controller

2. Referesh the browser

3. Reset the agent as shown in attached screenshot.

4. Please make sure agent is in reporting state. 

5. Navigate to mbean browser and wait for couple of minutes.

Do let us know how it goes?

If issue perissit, We request you to please try once on another browser. If issue still persist, please share agent logs (<agent_install_dir>/logs) for review and screenshot depciting the issue on various browsers.

Thanks. YOu are right- I need to check the agent status. It works if the agent if healthy.
