Is Internet access required to run Lite?

We have installed Lite on a server which does not have Internet access. When I logon to view the dashboard the browser is looking for a versioncheck page at www.appdynamics.com which eventually must timeout but we get a blank page in the browser. Is Internet access a requirement to run AppDynamics Lite for .NET?

Hi David,

 Were you able to resove this issue ? To answer your question, no we do not need internet access.

Do double check if you have flash installed on the sytem in question.

My experience: no

It does need Flash, so if your browser doesn't have the latest version (supported by AppDynamics) maybe that is why you are getting a blank screen?
