I had a free trial of appdynamics where I was successfully able to deploy an app and send data to appdynamics. Now that my licence is over, I am not able to send data anymore.I am using a nodejs agent which they support for free version.I get an error like below

Agent license request denied. Agent type: nodejs-app-agent; Node: process-0; Application: TestApp; Host: souvik-Lenovo-ideapad-500S-14ISK; License Rule: Default; Reason: License limit hit for account

It seems a lot of people have faced this issue before where the transition from pro to lite doesn't happen. In my case too it still shows, I am on pro version with expired license.I have checked the licence section as suggested by other people, deleted my previous agent but nothing works out.I am sharing some screenshots below.

I did some tinkering on the rules section and this is what I have below

This is the screenshot where I it shows I am still on pro

Why am I still on pro version? What do I do to be able to send data to appdynamics?
