How to solve machine agent that is stuck on pro trial, and not reverting to lite?

Hi,


The machine agent was working originally when installed, but recently the hardware stats just return nothing.

It seems to connect, but has no sending of metrics.

Looking at the licencing screen:

The application monitors are on Lite, whilst the machine agent is:

MachinePro Trial Expired on 4/23/2015 

This is for paid108.saas.appdynamics.com under the BaobellaLtd account.

How to fix?
