How long history of events, errors, transactions are stored in premium edition?

Hi!

How long history of events, errors, transactions etc are stored in premium (not lite) edition? I want to find e.g. transactions from 17th September and I cannot do it. Where is the configuration to save this history forever? 

If I am trying to open a link from email notification, appdynamics says me that this transaction cannot be found. Why appdynamics is supposed to save history for YEARS as it is written everywhere, but now I can see that nothing is saved for transactions that hapenned 15 days ago?
