I am creating a custom dashboard for my boss, to group a bunch of different metrics together. I wanted to add the values from the scorecard (% of Regular, Slow, and Very Slow Transactions) But I cannot find the metrics used. The best I can find is the total # of slow and very slow transactions.

Any suggestions?

Thanks

Hi,

We apologizes for the delayed response. Please let us know the version of agent and controller in use. I have checked on the latest version (3.7.5). Basically we can add any metric which is part of the Metric browser to be part of custom dashboard. I understand you have chosen "Number of slow calls", "Number of very slow calls" metric and added them to your custom dashboard.

The above metric are expected to report the logistics in the form of numbers. However, if you expect to see percentages they can be part of the Pie chart, you can add a pie chart from the "AddWidget" section of the custom dashboard. Please find the screen shot attached for reference.

Could you please let us know this answer your question, in case you need any assistance kindly reach us we are happy to help.

I'd actually like to just use the link generated from the Transaction Scorecard in a Custom Dashboard as an iFrame URL
