Error trying to install .Net Agent

I'm receiving an error while trying to install the application.  After referrencing your documentation. It suggested sending a file to support but I am unable to.  How do i resolve this install issue? 

CustomAction: (possibly truncated, check msiexec log).  Data returned from process ID 8588: ManagedAction pid: 8588 :Managed action started. Process bitness: 64

Could you please share the installation log file that could help us to know more about the issue.

We can use something like this to have generate log file msiexec.exe /i "C:\Example.msi"
