EUM app key not responding

Hi 

I'm new to appdynamics, in the 15 day tial. 

I'm trying to get an EUM appkey but the response is: getting eum appkey and it doesn't return after that. 

Any thoughts?

Hi Michael,

Can you provide complete screenshot of controller UI (would like to see controller URL and exact screen in UI in view) and also the server.log from <controller_install_dir>/logs path if this is not a saas URL? to assist you further.

Hi Michael,

Unfortunately the saas instance you are using is running on paid96 instance for which we have known priority bug already raised internally and team is working on patch fix, we apologize for the inconvenience caused here.

One workaround for time being is to request to provision saas trial controller again on another physical instance which is "NOT" paid96. The other option is to wait for the patch release next to latest release of 3.9.5 version, Hope that clarifies.

Will I be notified if the issue is resolved? Then I'll just wait for that.

We expect you should get a notification on the patch fix or patch upgrade to your saas instance. Regardless of that we will update in this post once the issue is fixed.
