Also, appdynamics can automatically trim down the data stream if it senses the load on the system is high. This automatic throttling is one of the key points leading to our selection of appdynamics over other similar tools. 

Does this mean that AppDynamics samples only a portion of all requests/data, and the sample rate gets turned down when load is high? Or is the sample rate usually 100%, and then lower during high load?
