Could not find account - MySQL database monitoring

Hi,

I am seeing the below error when I try to monitor the sakila datanase in MySQL. ronteca is my AppDynamics account name.

I see no errors on the agent console, but just on the browser as shown in the screen capture. Please help.

Hi GH,

We see no errors in controller UI on accessing screen in saas UI as referred in below screenshot for URL https://ronteca.saas.appdynamics.com/controller/#/location=DB_MONITORING_SERVER_DASHBOARD&databaseId... , Can you please check now and see if you still error ?

On a side note we see you have mentioned host name as "localhost"  for collector "HomeSakila" that means that contoller will try to access db running port 3306 which is not valid, we suggest to provide external ip and also start db agent pointing to the saas controller to send the database collector data , Hope that information helps.
