Could not connect to the controller/invalid response from controller

I installed PHP agent but I cannot get any stats in my controller. Account accesskey and accountname is set fine (I can see it in my php inof page). SSL is enabled. 

I get that message in my proxy log:

and tha tone in agent.log

I can connect just fine with the controller using:
telnet paid138.saas.appdynamics.com 443

Hi,

Which version of AppAgent are you using?

Once ago I had the same issue with the PHP Agent, and the problem was diagnosed as a bug, was corrected and Support Team sent to me a new version with the bug corrected, I installed it and everything gone OK.

The version I was using then was 4.2.0.0, this issue shouldn't be happening again, unless they'd lost the change (I don't know).

An advice, verify you have the file cacerts.jks in <agent-home>/conf directory, without this file and having SSL enabled, there won't be communication with Controller. (I'm attaching that file here)

I've seen it too. Are your snapshots getting dropped?

It seems nobody knows what is the root of this problem, I'm having a troubleshoting session this afternoon with someone from AppDynamics support.. I hope we can find the solution of this problem, if so, I will post it here, for the record.
