Hi,

As we see controller is not accessing mysql , we request you to try the following and see how it goes:

- issue the following command:

cmd> cd d:\appd\controller\bin

cmd> controller.bat stop-db

- reboot physical instance

- now start controller step wise as follows:
cmd> cd d:\appd\controller\bin

cmd> controller.bat start-db

cmd> controller.bat start-appserver

If issue persists please send the database.log, server.log and startAs.log under d:\appd\controller\logs path, Keep us posted how it goes.

Regards,

Arun

Hi,

If UI is loading it means controller java process is up, Can you please check the flash version and browser version and possible check in another browser, if issue persits please send the latest server.log , startAs.log and database.log under <controller_dir>/logs path to debug further

Hi ,

We assume you have started command line administrator role, and controller UI URL is not accessible let us know if any disconnect, Can you provide the output of the following:

- sql query output issued at controller db mysql prompt:
  cmd> cd D:\AppD\Controller\bin
  cmd> controller.bat login-db
  mysql> show processlist \G;

- command out , we assume JDK_HOME is set as JPS is available at JDK_HOME directory:
cmd> JPS -v

- server.log, startAs.log and database.log under d:/appd/controller/logs path

Keep us posted requested information to debug further. Given that if controller port is not accessible and no controller glassfish related jvm process still exists you are good to issue controller.bat start-appserver again assuming that controller is down but take more time than expected.

Regards,

Arun

I have followed the steps and it worked.

Controller started.

But UI is not loading.

What could be the reason for this.

It is taking time as in the attachment and not loading completly. It is in the same stage for an hour.
