Configuring AppDynamics SaaS

I am trying to figure out how to integrate a 3rd party application with AppDynamics SaaS.   I have read through the community posts below, but these would be an On-premise configuration.  How would I configur the SaaS version to integrate?

Thanks in advance!

I believe that for SaaS integration you would submit a support ticket and they'd help you configure it.

Is there a way to do a web services call from the SaaS controller. It seems the only way out is through SMTP.

Again, with a SaaS controller you have to get help from the AppDynamics support folks with this type of thing. I believe that depending on the type of SaaS installation you're on, you may be able to upload what we call a "custom action" to the controller, which is an executable script that could, in theory, do a web service call. However, whether you can do this and the specific mechanics would depend on details. I encourage you to file a ticket with this question.
