Cannot download Appdynamics Controller

Hello,

I am unable to download the Controller from https://www.appdynamics.com/support/

Looks like there is an access problem. I have started the trial today. Can you please let me know how to download the controller?

Hi,

Can you please file a ticket either by sending email to help@appdynamics.com or at https://help.appdynamics.com/tickets/new  requesting to grant doc access, providing the following details:

- Your email id and account/company name

- Screenshot from browser depicting the issue

Meantime can you try downloding the agent/controller artifacts from our download site, see whether you can access from there http://download.appdynamics.com/

Hi Kumar,

When I click the download link for the controller on the page at http://download.appdynamics.com/ , I get an error You do not have access to download the file. When I access the link https://help.appdynamics.com/tickets/new  ,  I get the error :-You are trying to access AppDynamics Help Center , but you dont have access.

How can this be resolved? Can you help me out?

Hi,

We see you have accessed saas controller once and also we see you do not have permissions to onpremise download site and hence you cannot access it, We understood that you want to access controller installer and want to install in local

instead of using saas ui we request you send email to help@appdynamics.com so that we will forward the request to concerned team to provide you access to onpremise windows/linux controller installer artifacts. Let us know if there is any disconnect
