I am getting below message in agent log.Please help us waiting for solution since long.
Warn RegistrationChannel Could not connect to the controller/invalid response from controller, cannot get registration information
We can telnet on port 8080.8080 is port no not 80.But while configuring appdynamics port no 80 the connection to controller is successfull but failing when used port 8080.But telenet 8080 is working.
can you try telnet on port 80?
I have also done Appdynamics configuration.Connection was successful and https://paid96.saas.appdynamics.com:443 is working on browser but in appdynamics page waiting for agent is coming.
Please suggest.
I would suggest checking couple of things
1. from your app server, try to do a telnet to the controller host and the port the controller is running on
2. if the above works, try sending some transactions on your application.
