Call Graphs: Configuring AppDynamics to capture response time on the first application request

AppDynamics captures every 50 requests by default.  However, it starts to capture only after the 50^th request comes in.  So there can be a long latency before we can even see the first statistics.  Can AppDynamics be configured to capture the first request that comes in and then every 50^th request afterward ?  This way as soon as the first application request comes in, we can see its response time and call graph right away.
