Call Graphs: Configuring AppDynamics to capture response time on the first application request

AppDynamics captures every 50 requests by default.  However, it starts to capture only after the 50th request comes in.  So there can be a long latency before we can even see the first statistics.  Can AppDynamics be configured to capture the first request that comes in and then every 50th request afterward ?  This way as soon as the first application request comes in, we can see its response time and call graph right away.
