We see there are different ways here, listed few of them, check if that information helps:
a) refer email notification for account creation email (it looks your case is self service account)
b) login controller admin UI and check the account access key for particular account in accounts -> edit selected account (you can access controller admin using URI /controller/admin.jsp (provide root password provided during controller install process in login screen)
